Customer Industry: Consumer Products Production

Project Description:
BDS designs and implements the upgrade of the system from S4/HANA 1501 to S4/HANA 2022, as in addition to the technical scope of the project, it also undertakes the functional control and the necessary functional adjustments related to the modules: FI / CO / MM / PP / PM / HR / Basis / ABAP.
BDS also undertakes all project management tasks, the creation of the project execution plan, the preparation of the method and the system control plan, as well as the constant coordination with the client’s project teams.
BDS supported the client up to the 1st close of the month after the system upgrade, which was executed without any problems.

Project challenges:
– Defining system control scenarios.
– Developing a method and a system control plan that would be easy for end users to follow.
– Ensuring control of deployments and interfaces with third party systems in an “uncharted” system, not originally implemented by BDS.
