We are currently looking for enthusiastic Senior SAP MM Professional to join our established, highly motivated, and dynamic SAP team.

BDS Consulting is an SAP specialist consulting company with over 15 years of experience in the Greek market and a team of over 50 SAP consultants.

Your Role

As Senior SAP MM Professional, you will focus on the accountable and proactive execution of assigned projects, aligning priorities and objectives to client’s needs, exhibiting full ownership regarding quality of own work and showing your personal commitment to our purpose “make an impact that matters”.

During your tenure, you will demonstrate and develop the ability to:

• Implement and deploy complex SAP solutions in the areas of Procurement, Enterprise Performance Management and Industry Solutions.
• Stay up to date with the SAP latest innovations, new products & enhancements and apply them accordingly to client issues when needed.
• Recognize technology as a business enabler and work with business analysts to understand business processes and requirements.
• Apply technology fundamentals to client situations.
• Team with others to produce a high-quality work product to ensure a superior client experience.
• Maintain a positive, professional attitude and adapt to changing priorities to instill confidence in team.
• Value and consider the diverse perspectives and backgrounds of colleagues and clients.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineer, Business Administration, Supply chain, Computer Science or Information Systems.
• At least 6+ years of relevant experience and experience as team leader or managerial roles.
• A background and familiarity with SAP solutions (ECC, S/4HANA,) as functional solution consultant, in Procurement SAP solutions. Other, SAP industry or line-of business specific knowledge will be considered as a strong asset.
• An adeptness in defining systems implementation strategy, conducting workshops and collecting user requirements, designing and prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures, and implementing practical business solutions under multiple deadlines.
• Ability to implement technology-enabled business solutions for clients as part of a high-talent team.
• Ability to collaborate with clients, provide guidance on functionality, transfer knowledge, and train end-users.
• Excellent command in spoken and written English and Greek language.
• Team player with strong communication (written, verbal & presentation) and analytical skills.
• Military obligations fulfilled where applicable.
