Job Title: Senior SAP Basis Consultant (Lead Role)

About the Role:
We are looking for a Senior SAP Basis Consultant with leadership capabilities to join our team. This role requires deep expertise in SAP Basis administration along with proven experience in leading technical teams. You will be responsible for ensuring the stability, performance, and security of our SAP landscapes while guiding junior consultants and driving best practices across projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee SAP Basis administration for complex SAP landscapes (ECC, S/4HANA, BW, Solution Manager, SAP CPI, SAP Public Cloud applications, etc.).
• Manage installations, upgrades, migrations, and patching activities across SAP systems.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement tuning solutions.
• Ensure high availability, disaster recovery planning, and backup strategies.
• Oversee user administration, security roles, and authorizations.
• Collaborate with functional, development, and infrastructure teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to Basis administrators.
• Establish and enforce SAP Basis best practices, standards, and governance.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of hands-on experience in SAP Basis administration.
• Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, SAP NetWeaver, and SAP HANA database administration.
• Experience with SAP installations, migrations, upgrades, and system copies.
• Expertise in SAP Solution Manager (monitoring, ChaRM, system health checks).
• Experience in managing system performance, tuning, and troubleshooting.
• Proven track record in a lead or senior role with team management/mentoring responsibilities.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Degree in computer science or a similar field

Nice to Have:

• Experience with cloud-hosted SAP (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Exposure to SAP security, GRC, and compliance frameworks.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps concepts in SAP.
• SAP Certificate in the relevant field
• Master’s degree in computer science or a similar field
