Job Title: Senior SAP ABAP Consultant (Lead Role)

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior SAP ABAP Consultant with strong leadership capabilities to join our team. This role requires deep technical expertise in ABAP development and hands-on experience leading development teams through the full project lifecycle. You will play a key role in designing, developing, and optimizing SAP solutions while guiding and mentoring junior developers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage ABAP development efforts across multiple SAP modules (e.g., SD, MM, FI, PP, HCM).
• Translate business requirements into high-quality technical specifications and solutions.
• Design, code, test, and debug ABAP programs (Reports, Interfaces, Enhancements, Forms, Workflows, etc.).
• Oversee performance tuning, troubleshooting, and optimization of custom developments.
• Collaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders to deliver end-to-end SAP solutions.
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and code reviews for ABAP developers.
• Ensure adherence to SAP development standards and best practices.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of proven experience in SAP ABAP development.
• Strong experience with Object-Oriented ABAP, CDS views, AMDP, and SAP HANA integration.
• Hands-on expertise in enhancements, BADIs, user exits, and workflows.
• Experience with SAP Fiori/UI5 integration is highly desirable.
• Prior experience in a team lead or technical lead role within SAP projects.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Degree in computer science or a similar field

Nice to Have:

• S/4HANA implementation or migration experience.
• Exposure to Agile delivery methodologies.
• Knowledge of SAP integration technologies (IDocs, OData, Web Services).
• SAP Certificate in the relevant field
• Master’s degree in computer science or a similar field
